It is designed for you to work your way through the training, self-paced, in sequential order starting at Step 1 going through to Step 8. The course builds your understanding as you progress and is designed to be used in order rather than jumping around from section to section.
Listen to two of the steps in a week at different times of the day. During the week practice your exercises for these particular steps in your exercise book. Allow yourself to permit the audios to sink in...to be recorded into your subconscious! The course is very user-friendly and self-explanatory, allowing you to enjoy and apply the teachings in your own time to suit your own situation.
